Defragment my Sony Vaio

Spent about 8 hours.....to defragment my computer.  Including three times of disk clean up, it has freed up around 10 GB of disk space!  So much junk!!!!

Ok, after confirmation, the clay pot was indeed not washed and I cooked with it..... no wonder I am not feeling well......  : <  Just pray that the masty things would be elimiated by my amazing body.

Japan Plane ticket David-san

David-san bought his plane ticket to Tokyo today from Egl travel agent, flying with Cathay Pacific.

He would be leaving on 15 Feb 2010.....  One day after Chinese New Year.....

Not feeling well this afternoon + one fish died

Suspected it is because of the proud clay pot rice I made...... -_-"

Think I didn't wash the new clay pot enough.  The painted cover may have come off and attached with the cooked rice which I ate.  So the whole afternoon until now, I am dizzy, have a headache, body pain.  Slept for about 3 hours and still feels dizzy whenever you move heads.....  sign.

Health is indeed important so may God bless us a healthy life and keep it that way until the day to heaven!

Another sad news....

One salty fish died.  The big one always bully the small one and finally died... poor thing.

Big Wave Bay - First time driving in HK!

Back on the 30 Oct 2009, David drove me in HK for the first time!

We went to Big wave bay and caught some salty fish.  A new salt water fish tank was then set up.

Can you spot them?

As time goes on... the zebra fish grew bigger and stronger and bacame a big bully.
The shrimps had all disappeared as they change their shell, the fish attacked and ate them...

Fishy Shrimp is 'pregnant'

We suspected for some time that our red Japanese Shrimp is pregnant.  Hence, I bought a small tank and placed the two red shrimps together.  Hoping that they would produce some eggs and baby shrimp la. ^__<
The darker one is the female, may be?!  See her tummy...

English churches

23 Jan 2010, David has recieved the working Visa from Japan.  Thank God!  That day we visited Hong Kong university and took some pictures too.

22 Jan 2010, we had a good evening time in Kwun Tong at the APM with dinner and casual chat.

24 Jan 2010, we visited an English congregation church in Tsim Sha Tsui in YMCA.  It is an Evangelical church with many foreigners and English speaking Chinese.  The worship session was quite good, however, the sermon session is a bit borning....i.e Irene was sitting down fisshing half way throught -_-"

Last Sunday 17 Jan 2010, we went to the International Christian Association church in North Point.  It is also conducted in English.  The worship session was too vibrant.  The sermon session was very good and funny, compared with the Evangelical church. :-p

A new Sinomax mattress was delivered.  It was much softer / more comfortable than the solid hard 'board' that mum was sleep on when she has backache.  It was very nice..... ^__^

Yesterday, David-san and I had a long long conversation on some matters....  Although we ended up conversation with those three words, but  I am not happy...

This morning, I was wishing that THE man would sing the below song to me

K-Ci and JoJo - All my life......   It is a very sweet song.......  still dreaming that THE man would appear

Photo organising time

Hehehe...  today, I woke up early.  As usual, did the little good house wife would do, go down to market, get the fresh veg and meat for the day.  Prepare the food and then clean up the house.  The rest of the afternoon.... well...it's time to organise my many photos taken recently and in my recent holidays.

Two birthday cards for Margaret and Malcolm was drawn.  They are indeed our (sister and I's) good old guardian for a long long long time.  Think is is about 15 years we have known each other.  ^ o ^  May 2010, bring them good health, many good holidays and joyous time.

300 GB is not enough for a laptop.......  too many rubbish videos and photos...hence this pic organising time..

Am getting back to it now. ^____^

Mum not well...ended with Thank our Heavenly Father!

Yesterday 19 Jan 2010....  mum was not feeling well.  Her face was almost green, her tummy is extremely painful  to a point that she howls. and she threw up some stuff.  Apologise for this detail explanation

Poor mum.  So I prayed secretely or her that God would heal her, take away or reduce her pain.  After the 'stuff' got thrown out, she then felt a bit better and just sleep sleep sleep.  We suspected that she had those instant noodles and fish balls which didn't made her well..  Silly cook (me)

Also, I have updated our old 'pasta' of what happen that I had resiged my Lonza job in Sep 2009 to be in HK with mum.  Asking for as many people as possible to pray for her...as well as my future. :>

Indeed God listens to prayer.  That night, Hun Hun called and we had a good hour of chat and a short prayer at the end of conversation.  Thank God that he allowed us to meet miraculiously in UK.  Thank God that both believe in the same Heavenly Father.  Thank God that our love sparks.  Thank God that through the heated discussion, we came to understand, and love each other at a deeper level.  Thank God that through Him, we can encourage each other during hard times (like the recession job seeking time).

Thank God and Praise Him!

quiet time

Today 18 Jan 09, is indeed a good restful and quiet time for me.  To hear sermons, update my blog, be close with God, be reflective of self.  The Discipline of solitude that is wanted and voila, I got it today.  Thank God!

Am cooking potato, tomato pork soup.  Then steam egg later.  Now I am going to make juice for ma ma
Had a great time on 17 Jan 09.

Attended ICA (International Christian Assembly) in North Point.  There are many Philipinos, some English speaking Chinese, some English people there.  There are three pastors in that church.  The worship session is very vibrant...like some people are dancing and jumping...  to start with, it was a bit too vibrant for us.  The sermon was very good.  The pastor's name I forgot...hehe, but he is a singaporean. Can hear him speak some Singalish and make singaporean jokes.

The sermon was about being Light to this world.  Matthew 5:14-16.
He cracked some jokes regarding light and one of which is that how many chirasmatic does it need to change a light bulb?  Just one as one would already had his hand up in the air.... ^__^  got it?

There are many types of light a Christian can be.  There is the...
Christmas light - once a year christian
Candle light - strong when inside, weak when being placed in storm
On/Off light - on and off, not consistent, i.e.luke warm
Spot light - good at small area but very bright
light house - good a variety of things but not strong light
reflective light - Christian are called to be reflective of Jesus' light.

Light are mend to be placed on the lamp stand to light up the whole house, not to be placed under a bowl.  It is only placed under the bowl when the family is not at home, not at home so the candle light won't burn the house.  However, we are in the house of God, therefore light should be on the lamp stand.  Why is it under the bowl so no one can see the light?  This bowl can be shyness, can be fear, self centreness, own schudual, own plans.  Being a good witness is not about you or the other, it is solely about Jesus!

The sermon is good as it inspires and remimnds people about God's word...

As the worship and sermon time were conducted in English, so I am quite comfortable with it.  Next Sunday, shall try out the Evagelical church in YMCA in Tsim Sha Tsui which is also conducted in English.  Sham Shui Po's Cheung Sha Wan church is also good.  Shall try to attend next next Sunday... ^__^

2010 Birthday

On 12-13 Jan 2010....

Had a great time in Macau with David. =^__^=
Thank you so much dear!

Apart from that 'big three bar' church, only the front part was real, every other 'historical' building was using extremly bright colours, i.e. fake.  Surprisingly enough, the pictures turned out alright.  The only vibrant thing was the many dazzling gambling buildings and the smoky casinos.  Gambling was not in our minds at all but the temptation was indeed there...... -_-"

We stayed in this five start Sofitel hotel in Ponte 16 which was very good.  Plus we got upgraded to an executive room!  Woo....excutive room ah!  ^.^ Ate loads of shark fins (mind you, they are the tiny little fins that I had to zoom in 3 times in order to view them), the famous pork chop roll.  Tried many roast pork slices egg roll and almond biscuits.  Played an exciting video game called metal slug 7.  We were so good at it that within 10 minutes, 10 dollars were spent with 2 dollars per game.  So 1 dollar per minute...  Aren't we the expert?

I am back

Guess I am not the e-blogger person....but still have the urge to update myself every so often.

Ater all, it is never too late.. ^__^
